Amenity Systems Inc. was incorporated in 2006 and founded on the principles of honesty and commitment.  Wade and Georganne Gum are the officers of the corporation and will be involved in every level of all real estate projects and transactions. We are dedicated to providing our clients with superior customer service and as always, our attention to detail. 

 

We are very active in our community and are members of the Bulverde/Spring Branch and the Canyon Lake Chamber of Commerce.  We are members of multiple MLS Boards in south and central Texas.  We are members of the Texas Association of REALTORS® (TAR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), and abide by their strict Code of Ethics.  We combine the very best in good old-fashioned customer service with the newest and brightest in technology and web-based marketing.

After working in the San Antonio area for years, we decided to move to the Texas Hill Country to better serve our clients in this area.  We have become very knowledgeable and experts in many areas and subdivisions in the Hill Country area, including (but not limited to) Mystic Shores, The Enclave at Canyon Lake, River Crossing, Mountain Springs Ranch, and The Crossing at Spring Creek.  We understand the buying and selling process is very important to you.   We will supply plats, restrictions, and guidance, when purchasing the home of your dreams, or choosing the perfect lot to build your custom dream home.  We work with some of the finest builders who will help with the design and building process of your home. 

 

When you consider hiring us as your agent to sell your property, we will show you our extensive marketing plan that will give you the highest level of exposure and keep you abreast of what is happening throughout the process. We use our experience and resources to get your property in front of ready, willing, and able buyers. Whether we show your property, or another agent shows your property, we keep you informed with feedback.  We also offer a service  called DocuSign, which is an electronic signature program that makes real estate paperwork and contracts a breeze. Most of our clients do not live in our coverage area, and this program makes it easy to sign, amend, and take a look at offers with just a click by using your email program.
